Now that the draft report is ready please arrange to make payment to release your Assessment or Functional Capacity report. We have authored these key reports to provide evidence specific to the insurer requirements or Domains. Once you have purchased your copy of the Report, a member of our customer service team will confirm and send to you. Each persons situation is different so the total number of pages required in the report will be discussed with you and confirmed ahead of time.
