About this Community of Practice
Aunty Kerrie Thomsen holds the space for professional development and capacity building for allied health professionals willing to develop their cultural responsiveness and allyship with First Nations People. She shares her ways of knowing, being, and doing as a First Nations Occupational Therapist with over 40 years experience and also as the Associate Professor ACU – OT Department leading the process for decolonizing the curriculum for the past 9 years.
This community of practice membership is suitable for allied health practitioners. We welcome young professional’s who are starting out their Allyship journey and those who have years of culturally responsive work experience. The annual membership fee is $97 (inclusive of GST) per person. Proof of allied health professional membership is required.
Memberships are taken on a rolling basis.
