At Hallmark Integrated Health Services and Hallmark Therapy Online, we want to be clear with you from the outset about our fees and charges, so that you always know what to expect. Our interdisciplinary team works closely together with you. The fees are stated across different areas of allied health for NDIS, Private and Aged care.
Who is aged care for?
Aged care services are designed to support people who are getting older and may need extra help with daily activities, home maintenance, or health and wellbeing. In Australia, aged care generally applies to:
People 65 years and over
50 years and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
Aged care focuses on supporting older adults to live safely and comfortably at home or in residential care.

At Hallmark Occupational Therapy and Hallmark Integrated Health Services, we have clinics and hubs in Outer Eastern Melbourne, Southeastern Melbourne, and Gippsland. Very often we are a mobile service, with our team of damn good humans coming to visit you where you are!
With Hallmark Therapy Online you can receive some or all of you care in the comfort of your own home.
Attending a clinic: If you choose to visit one of our clinics, there is no travel cost.
Home visits: If our practitioner comes to you, a reasonable travel cost will apply. Here’s how we make it fair and transparent:
We match you with a practitioner who has the suitable skills and experience for your needs. Travel charges are aligned with the MMM (Modified Monash Model) zone you’re in.
Our finance officer can explain travel charges at any time and these are clearly outlined in your Service Agreement.
Whenever possible, we share travel costs by scheduling visits for other participants in your area on that day.
We can review ways to reduce travel costs, such as combining Face-2-Face and Telehealth sessions.
We can answer any questions you have about travel or your service options.
The aim of these steps is to provide you with greater choice and control in how and where you receive your services. We welcome the chance to talk with you about how we charge for services.
